We would like to thank everyone for their support and prayers over the last couple days. We feel very blessed to be a part of this community. Special thanks to the fire fighters and police for all their hard work, and to Melissa Freebs for letting us stay warm in her building late into the night.
Our plans are to move into the old Blue Moon location on the corner of Howard and 1st Ave. We need Monday and Tuesday to get that set up and functional. We will try to deliver loads by Wednesday on the condition that we line up a forklift and banding equipment by then. Our lumber and trucks did not burn.
The phone number is the same. However we went from 10 phones to three phones, so keep trying until you get ahold of someone.
We cannot take credit cards this week until we get new equipment set up. Cash sales and checks will work, as well as existing charge accounts.
We will not be able to print receipts but we can email them to you.
We hope to be open on Wednesday with limited services but our goal is to be fully functional by Monday the 21st. We will be closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving.
People are asking if we will rebuild and stay in Hibbing. The answer is yes! We love this community and we love the lumber business and our contractors. We are not going anywhere. We don’t know how it will all work out but we are moving forward.
